Terms of Use
Effective date: 12 September 2026
Vivastreets.org is operated by IE Classified LTD, 77 Camden Street Lower, Saint Kevin’s, Dublin, D02 XE80, Ireland. Contact: [email protected].
1. Scope and eligibility
These terms apply to the use of this website, accounts and user-submitted content. You must be at least 18 to use the platform. Do not use another person’s account, misrepresent your age, or submit information about a minor. Stop using the website if you do not accept these terms.
2. Accounts and responsibility
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential and notify support if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the permission of every person identifiable in it. An account must not be used to impersonate someone, evade a restriction or manage content without the subject’s authority.
3. Permitted use and content
Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s privacy, consent and intellectual property. Fraud, coercion, exploitation, harassment, unlawful offers, threats, spam, malware and non-consensual content are prohibited. The Content Policy forms part of these terms. Do not attempt to bypass security, extract private information or interfere with other users.
4. User content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in your content. By submitting it, you give IE Classified LTD a non-exclusive permission to store, display, format and make technical copies of that content as needed to operate and moderate the website. This permission does not transfer ownership. It ends when the content is removed, except for copies required for backups, resolving a complaint or meeting a legal obligation.
5. Platform information
User statements, photographs and labels are not guarantees of identity, authenticity, availability or conduct. IE Classified LTD does not represent individual users. Do not treat a publication, badge or search position as an endorsement. Report inaccurate or unauthorised content through Report content or support.
6. Moderation and account restrictions
We may request corrections or evidence of authority, restrict access, remove content or suspend an account for a breach of these rules, a security concern or a legal requirement. Reports are recorded for moderation review; repeated reports may cause temporary removal from public view. A report is not itself a finding of wrongdoing. Where appropriate, the affected user can request review by emailing support with the relevant URL or account details and an explanation.
7. Fees and paid features
Any fee must be disclosed with the relevant purchase, including what is supplied, the price, applicable taxes, duration, renewal arrangements and cancellation information. These terms do not by themselves authorise any charge or promise that a paid feature is available. Statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
8. Privacy and security
The Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal data. No online service can promise uninterrupted access or absolute security. Keep sensitive documents out of public content and ordinary messages. Report suspected security incidents to support.
9. Complaints and liability
Send complaints to support with enough information to identify the issue. We may ask for proportionate evidence to investigate or verify a request. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer protections.
10. Law and changes
Irish law applies to these terms, subject to any mandatory protections and court rights available where you live. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date and, where required, brought to account holders’ attention. Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued.
